PART VIII: How Leader’s Could Rate Multi Level or Network Marketing Companies……

Companies in Network Marketing/Multi Level Marketing Industry have tried varied options over the years. These different marketing options were used to supplicate Associate or Distributor to make a sale in the society. One of these new and unique options came from the “Service Sector”.

The reason for Network Marketing/Multi Level Marketing Industry to opt to Service Industry was because some Leaders, who came from traditional field, never had a liking regarding carrying of physical product to their prospective customer. Ø  After sale service is timely provided to the policy holder.


Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Sector

Ø  Has the company signed an agreement for providing these services?
Ø  How strong and reliable is the brand value, from which the company is getting these services in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality industry?
Ø  Has the company gained the approval from the respective government?
Ø  Has the company applied or registered itself with different association and federation of the industry?
Ø  Are the services stated in the marketing or business plan is of creditable standard?
Ø  Who is going to pay the taxes, Company or Business Associate?

Ø  First of all in this type of company, it is important to check the technological adaptability in your country.
Ø  Has the company applied for government approval for providing such services?
Ø  Does the company possess enough capital to operate and manage this type of business?
Ø  Are the people in your locality prepared to accept such services?
Ø  Is the technology user-friendly and cost effective?
Ø  Lastly, the affordability by Business Associates.


Web-space and Domain Services

Ø  Check what type of Domain is under the Business or Marketing Plan, i.e. Primary or Secondary Domain.
Ø  The cost of the entire combined package.
Ø  What type of Server is used to host the space and its security?
Ø   Are the people in your locality, having a demand for such services? If the unit is not sold- How an Associate is going to earn?
Ø  Sometimes replicating Web Builder Software is also provided. It is important to check the required field and what other modalities are present.

Ø  Some companies are offering recharge services for Mobile Phones, DTH Services, Net connectivity Recharge and VOIP services.
Ø  Has the company applied for government approval for providing such services?
Ø  Most of these services are offered by another company, so check its technical adaptability, cross check with the basic provider.
Ø  Time taken during the process of recharge.
Ø  How secure is Payment Gateway because sometimes an associate may use his/her Credit or Debit Card to avail these services.


Online Bidding Sector

Ø  Has the company obtained or applied for government approval for providing such services?
Ø  What is process adopted for bidding?
Ø  How winner is paid?
Ø  Break even position of this type of Business Plan.
Ø  Has the company enough competencies to handle the sudden upsurge in demand?
Ø  Is the whole system ethically and sincerely managed?


Real Estate Services     
                  
Ø  Few companies have adopted average cost Real Estate Marketing and Business Plan.
Ø  Check the property papers         , i.e. Purchase Deed or Self Owned.
Ø  Architectural Plan approval details.
Ø  Are the Architect, Structural Designer and Area Planner of good repute?
Ø  Is there Bank support for the project?
Ø  Above all experience of the company management regarding handling of such type of Project.
                  

The “Service Sector” is easy and handy to market in Network Marketing/Multi Level Marketing Industry. Whatever new Product that have been introduced by the companies in the society, so far has gained acceptance. Ethical, logical and systematic behaviors of the companies in the above mentioned field have created a very positive environment for the Industry.

On demand of senior and experienced Leaders few companies have kept both the segments in their Marketing & Business Plan, i.e. “Service Sector” and “Product”. The reason behind is that some prospective customer or new Business Associate or Distributor has liking for Traditional Product as well as for Service Sector product also. Inclusions of both the above mentioned segment have given a lot of maneuverability space for Leaders.

Both the segment under the same roof has created additional opportunity for all in the industry. This has given a positive view to the Network Marketing/Multi Level Marketing Industry build on an environment of mutual confidence.

Leaders easily get convinced with such type of companies and often get buoyed with enthusiasm when the see the whole business panorama. This variation in the industry has kept most of the parameters with the positive admissible limits.
