Part II: How Leader’s Could Rate Multi Level or Network Marketing Companies……


This is the second part of the previous article.

When an expected Associate or Distributor is approached with a business proposal of Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company, the outer horizon looks very bright to the prospective Associate or Distributor but in reality we all know the scene is quite different because of the applied superlative visionary presentation and also extraordinary impetus given to different words.

The prospective Associate or Distributor has knowledge of the business scenario and real life situations but it is not necessary that he or she may have insight and understanding of the business and governing parameters of Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company or Industry. At this juncture, it becomes the humble duty of the leader to explain what he has understood, judged and validated regarding the respective Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company.


Leaders having good theoretical knowledge, practical or field experience and communication skill are able to handle the “Questions or Queries” properly and give a positive feed back about the respective Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company which is being promoted, but at times we find that leaders have uneven knowledge and also lack perseverance in giving a fact based fruitful explanation regarding the Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Industry.

Basic parameters that should be kept in mind while accepting Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing System are discussed below. Leaders should follow & duplicate the knowledge in the team to get maximum leverage from the system. Each individual (Associate or Distributor) is the basic unit in Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Industry. These basic units bring their cohesive marketing, communication and analytical skill in making and pushing “the Leaders & Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company” to new heights and be successful.

So knowledge gained, preserved and timely expedited to the new prospect, Associate or Distributor brings positive progressive change in Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Industry.

Therefore, to review, understand and accept a Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing company two main criteria should be adopted, so that confidence is gained in the respective company and proposed target is achieved without any delay or hurdle. The criteria’s are:-

1.          Inception and Legal Document of the Formation of the ‘Company’.
2.          Experience and Skill of the people handling the ‘Company’.
3.          Quality of ‘Software’, its usage & promptness in arriving at solution.
4.          Payment System and Gateway as well as end product Delivery system adopted by ‘Company’.
Complete Details regarding Business Model
         
1.          Business Product, Concept, Services & Ideas.
2.          Business Plan, its uniqueness, strength and weakness.


Both the criteria should be judged by simple and “Genuine Questions”. The appropriate answer would not only enlighten the prospective Associate or Distributor, but would motivate and create an internal urge & feeling in them, to participate in the business plan of the respective Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company, as well as an elected feeling of stature, satisfaction and internal bondage with the ‘Leader’ for being part of the proposed marketing system.
