When the above issues have been
affirmatively answered in a cordial positive manner, this brings the second and
one of the most important parameter on the table, which is of running the Multi
Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company. This generally deals with the ‘Experience
of the Management Team’ in handling a Multi Level Marketing or Network
Marketing Company.
This parameter gives rise to
few very technical questions, such as “How experienced the management team is?”,
“Are they experienced and capable of facing the various problems faced by the
Associates, Distributors, Leaders and Employees in this industry?”
Problems arise in every field
and marketing is no way different, but in Multi Level Marketing or Network
Marketing industry they crop up a lot and jeopardize the whole future scenario.
Most often the problems begin at the
bottom level, where few new Associate or Distributor unable to align themselves
with the Products, Services, Concepts, Ideas, Leader or Company.
This is situation where
experience counts and management of the Company is able to solve their specific
problem or motivate the trouble shooters and brings the system on the track. It
is my experience, in most cases the new Associate or Distributor are in excited
and agitated state on frivolous issues which have very little bearing with the
business or system. An experienced and capable management team is able to
handle the situation promptly, giving extra attention to trouble shooters and
hence is able to resolve the crisis. If the trouble shooting issues are not
taken with utter importance than the new Associate or Distributor starts
fabricating multiple stories from their own perception which gives an unhealthy
exposure to the Company. The trouble shooters drop and leave the system and hamper
the growth of the leader and company. Some time this situation also arises
because of leadership failure.
Hence retention of new Associate
or Distributor is very important for the leader and the company. The whole
scenario changes positively only when an experienced and capable management team
handles the situation from humanitarian angle.
So it is very important for the
leaders to know deeply about the management team which is promoting the
company. Prior to present company, were they are part of Multi Level Marketing
or Network Marketing industry or a newcomer in the industry.
Sometimes a new company is
launched because of few dejected leaders, who have come forward to start with the
borrowed idea or concept as well as have their team to support present venture.
Working with this type of group also hurts the leader, so they should be highly
selective while selecting a company for business promotion.
Experience is a major issue in
any business environment but in Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company,
parameters are totally different. In this industry Public relation, good Communication
Skill and maneuverability at the time of Crisis Management are some of the
major fields of experience needed and required.
As we all know experience in
this industry is needed for the formation of company, understanding and
arrangement of legal process, procedure and documents, very deep knowledge of
business plan and its calculations. So this issue should not be compromised
while discussing the business plan of any Multi Level Marketing or Network
Marketing Company.
