Many changes do take place in our
life, we adapt to these changes and get transformed from a novice to an
experienced person. An Associate or Distributor becomes a Leader in the same
process.
Almost similarly things are
changing in Network Marketing/Multi
Level Marketing Industry. As we all know, initially ‘Product’ was used for marketing
the Business Plan, later ‘Service Sector’ was also introduced in the business
domains of Network Marketing/Multi Level Marketing Industry.
The industry is getting
phenomenal change and for the past few years we are finding different companies
have introduced “Concepts & Ideas” in the Business Plan, have also been
accepted by senior and experienced Leaders.
These innovations in marketing
strategies of Network Marketing/Multi Level Marketing Industry offer a
combination of different Product, Concept, Idea and Services, which have broaden
its scope or we can say many marketable items are in its basket. These changes
have given a new dimension to the industry, which has geared to meet the
eventuality and upgraded itself from all angles.
Experience of all sorts have
created an uncanny feeling within Leaders and Network Marketing/Multi Level
Marketing Company, that if there is utility of anything, it should be somewhat
unique and different, then it has full marketing potentiality through a
Business Plan.
This principle of marketing is
providing us with so many Product, Concept, Idea and Services options to
promote to the people in the society. This magnificent feature in the industry
has given rise to so many new “Concepts & Ideas”. Some of these are given
below:-
- Personality Development Training for Associate/Distributors.
- Online and Offline Spoken Language Tutorials.
- Online Software Programming Tutorials.*
- Online Website Builder Tutorials.*
- Giving training for Generation of leads.
- Carbon Credit Points.
Most of the above mentioned
marketable domains are new and still in the process of development. All these
are based on human abilities and skills to adapt to the requirement, its
evaluation is difficult, and so it also becomes difficult for Leaders to
qualitatively judge that team has understood and learnt.
This can be explained by the
following given example. Suppose a teacher, mentor or guide is teaching these
soft skills to a group of individuals. Some of the learners may appreciate and acknowledge,
as well as may have high regard and esteem for the teacher, mentor or guide.
And there may be few, having inconveniences, in understanding and would never be
prepared to learn and understand, at times feeling bored and embarrassed. This happens
because understanding of any different topic differs from person to person as
well as education level and intellectual soundness of the learner. These
Associate or Distributor would never constraint themselves against saying some
negative things regarding Leader and respective Company. Facing such a scenario
for the Leader would be embarrassing and may cause commotion in the group. These
team members may not be supportive for the Leader and respective Company in the
long run. Most of the people are not prepared to understand the main cause for
this development. It is an accepted fact that learning and integrating with new
technology is not that easy, also all this at the mid & latter stage of
life is bit difficult.
Another important point to
ponder is that the ‘capability of the Concept & Idea provider’, i.e. the
organization or the individual providing training or marketing tips. How
experienced is the provider of Concept & Idea? Soft skills are delicate
issues, if given by an experienced hand develops the intellectual &
personal traits of an Associate.
Companies bringing new “Concepts
& Ideas” should be saluted and hailed, for giving a new forward looking
Business Plan. Change is the law of nature and Leaders should proceed
positively after a systematic analysis.
Future looks bright in the
industry and Leaders with his/her team should be prepared to move in the
forward direction but both the Leader and respective Company should analyze the
above mentioned drawbacks.
In “Concepts & Ideas”, we
face many different kinds of limitation, such as, technology based limitation, and
knowledge based limitation, limitation regarding our understanding of the new
process. Hence before proceeding for market promotion, especially Leaders
should understand, evaluate and openly discuss the process with the team
members.
