N MART an acronym
for New Look Multi Trade Pvt. Ltd, a product based company operating from Surat,
India.
The
respective company was using Network Marketing / Multi Level Marketing system
for marketing its Business Plan. The company is facing some serious legal
problems. Government agencies have
blocked its web site.
Associates and
Leaders have complained that the said company is not paying the commissions as per its Business Plan on due
date.
My personal opinion
Since its
inception, I am very sincerely following the developments for
the past two years. I expected this to happen few months earlier.
Let’s
discuss some of the issues in the Business Plan. The company was giving
just printed coupons for its members to operate it as discount coupon on purchase
of daily need goods from its stores. How many stores are in operation? Where
the fund was invested which could give such hypothetical growth as proclaimed
in their Business Plan.
Many other discrepancies
are in the Business Plan, so let’s wait and see what happens next.
Hope, the
company management sorts the issue with the Government Departments and does
some positive changes in the Business Plan, as per the basic ideologies and
ethical code of Network Marketing / Multi Level Marketing Industry.
Whatever
happened is bad for the industry but in future Leaders should not take interest in
promoting such Business Plan.
