was with few people who are new to the MLM & Network industry. Most of
these new associates were discussing regarding Product, Compensation Plan,
Company Management & their up-line Leaders. All of them had some sort of
complain either with Product, Compensation Plan, and Company Management as well
as Leaders.
The situation was
as if all were playing a very interesting game of “blaming” and they could not
understand that this would never ever help them to achieve any thing.
New comers to the
industry have to stand up and take the decision to change the situation. In
life there is no ideal situation, but situations have to be tackled in such a
way that it becomes ‘Ideal’.
This is a very
common problem in the MLM & Network industry. Leaders & New Comers
should understand that by blaming, no body is going to get any result. It only
creates bitterness in attitude & work culture which ultimately brings the
downfall of TEAM-WORK and its spirit.
So change your
attitude. Don’t BLAME but do some thing to make the scene positive.
Don’t stand aloof
when every body is blaming but try to pacify the situation and do ask what
everybody can do to change the situation.
Remain in positive
attitude & mood, this is the only remedy that would help to make a positive
change.

us see what it means. Following views have emerged from the above mentioned
facts:-
The company, Plex Capital Inc. is
registered from Belize. The domain, www.PlexCapital.com, was created on 11th
of January, 2010. The domain has been booked for a period of six years and would expire 11th
of January, 2016. The website is in operation for the past 2 years and just
mare than one month.
At present as per the
data gathered from the internet, the Business Plan is running in the following

Belarus: 596 visitors,
Poland: 457 visitors,
India: 367 visitors,

views and vision of the Company Management about the investment strategies. The
Management of the company is well experienced and technically sound. But the Trustworthiness,
Vendor Reliability & Privacy of web site is poor as judged by rating sites.
My Conclusion
The investment company “Plex Capital Inc.” is based and
registered in Belize.
The Company offers different rates for different amount and time
has different locking period as well as few options for compounding.
The system adopted for promotion of investment plan is of
Referral or Affiliate Marketing.
The Principal Amount in the Investment Plan is returned upon
maturity as per the plan term and also the Principal Amount is returned with
Daily Interest.
This is the USP of “Plex Capital Inc.” and so is different from other
HYIP’s that are being promoted in the market.
This investment plan is below average Risk at present. The
Company is paying regularly to its investors, due to this the company has
gained positive reputation in the market.
Still, it is very important for the investors to take cautious
steps and enquire from different sources before investing. Another important
